After a free consultation, I’ll recommend the most effective option, with no pressure or long-term commitment.

Purely online options for coaching and guidance with zero or minimal

face-to-face session are available for a bigger discount.

 

*If your intended work out location is: at your gym, a rental space or at a significant distance, additional fees may apply.

➔ Monthly program updates and adjustments
➔ Limited LINE support for questions and check-ins
➔ Video form feedback (submitted by the client, reviewed periodically)
➔ Optional in-person session for form checks or consultation (once per month)
➔ Basic nutrition and lifestyle advice with calorie and nutrition tracker

People who already train regularly, are self-motivated, or want professional oversight without frequent face-to-face sessions.

PROGRESS
COACHING

¥30,000 - ¥40,000

A balanced coaching package combining structured programming with regular support. This is designed to help you build momentum, improve technique, and stay consistent even when motivation and schedules fluctuate.

➔ Regular program updates based on progress
➔ Ongoing LINE support (weekly touchpoints)
➔ Consistent video form feedback and technique corrections
➔ 1-3 in-person training sessions per month
